Toddlergym
Toddlergym is for children aged 1-3 years accompanied by their parent / carer. The gym is set up using safe, yet challenging equipment, to allow children the opportunity to explore and experience a wide range of activities and movement skills.

This program has been developed by teachers and qualified gymnastics coaches, with the aim to make learning fun, while teaching the concepts of movement. The emphasis is on structured and meaningful play, developing gross motor skills, enhancing co-ordination, developing confidence and of course, It's lots of fun !!

Kindergym
Kindergym is for children aged 2-5 years accompanied by their parent / carer. The gym is set up using safe, yet challenging equipment, to allow children the opportunity to explore and experience a wide range of activities and movement skills.

This program has been developed by teachers and qualified gymnastics coaches, with the aim to make learning fun, while teaching the concepts of movement. The emphasis is on structured and meaningful play, developing both fine and gross motor skills, enhancing co-ordination, developing confidence and of course, It's lots of fun !!

Parent Participation is essential. Your role is to encourage and support your child throughout the lesson. Lessons run for 45 mins.


Junior gym
Junior gym is for children aged 3-5 years ( toilet trained please ). This class requires no parent participation. Parents are welcome to watch classes from the viewing window.

The children will be placed in small groups to work with a coach. The gym is set up using small activity circuits with safe, yet challenging equipment, to allow children the opportunity to explore and experience a wide range of activities and movement skills.
This program has been developed by teachers and qualified gymnastics coaches, with the aim to make learning fun, while teaching the concepts of movement. The emphasis is on developing both fine and gross motor skills, enhancing co-ordination, developing confidence with an emphasis on gymnastics skills.

Gymnastics has been recognised as the basis for all sports, teaching children basic developmental movement skills such as balancing, rolling, sliding, climbing, swinging and jumping. Children will participate in a range of activities using music, games and specific gymnastics equipment to develop their skills.

Lessons run for 1 and a half hours.
